The filing deadline for online submission of personal tax returns for the year ended 5th April 2011 is 31st January 2012

Company accounts are due to be filed at Companies House within nine months of the accounting year end
Corporation tax is payable within nine months and one day of the accounting year end and the Corporation tax return needs to be filed within 12 months of the accounting year end
